Saanich's diverse landscape includes pastoral ALR lands, multi-million dollar oceanfront estates, higher-density apartment & condominium delvelopments, as well as numerous family-friendly single-family neighborhoods.    A leisurely drive along the water will include Cordova Bay Road through the Mount Douglas Parkway, along Ash Road which turns into Grandview Drive, which switches to Ferndale Road, Gordon Head Road, Arbutus Road. You get the idea...one road...multiple name changes...welcome to Victoria...or Saanich...or let's just say The Capital Region!
